Continuous monitoring of a tailings storage facility

Integration of piezometric network (18 instruments), positional inclinometers (6 tubes) and weather station in an active tailings deposit. The system ingests data every 15 minutes and evaluates thresholds according to the current emergency plan.

The client accesses the panel from the central office and from the field (tablet) with the same user, without installing an application.

Critical event response time reduced from 4 hours to 15 minutes
18-month continuous history available for regulatory audit
Automatic weekly report delivered directly to operations management
Field visits reduced from 3 weekly to 1 — with equivalent informational coverage
Piezometric time series — tailings deposit
Water table evolution — piezometric network in tailings, 18 instruments
Infrastructure — Topography

Deformation control in a road corridor

Network of survey prisms (211 instruments) and weather stations distributed across a 28 km corridor. Robotic total station readings are automatically integrated every hour.

The automatic correlation between rainfall data and slope movement allows critical sectors to be identified before they exceed the design threshold.

211 prisms monitored from a single centralized panel
Integration with meteorological data for deformation-precipitation correlation
Direct export in format compatible with Slide2 and RS2 for geotechnical modeling
Automatic comparison between measurement campaigns with velocity calculation
GIS view with survey prism network
GIS Dashboard — 211 sensors distributed across 28 km corridor
Topography — Historical coverage analysis

Assessment of existing surveys to optimize new topographic campaigns

In a mining expansion project with over eight years of operation, the platform analyzes the accumulated topographic survey inventory: each campaign is recorded with its date, extent and capture method.

The system calculates coverage age by sector and the percentage of the total area covered with current material. Areas without recent updates are highlighted on the map, allowing the technical team to design the next campaign efficiently — without surveying where data is still valid.

Identification of areas without topographic coverage in the last 24 months
Reduction of area to survey in annual campaigns by 30% to 50%
Traceable and exportable topographic history for regulatory reports
Direct integration with DTM module for temporal surface comparison
Historical topographic coverage analysis by sector
Topographic inventory — coverage by sector and survey age
